Underlining the sporty soul of the S are details such as the wave-profile discs and callipers with a touch of gold. Matt black finishing, elements in fiery red and the seat shape all make it very clear that this is indeed a sporty bike. The inviting curve of the front is perfectly set off by the tapered rear to create a more dynamic yet functional look. With the fuel tank tucked under the footwell, there​'s a large under seat compartment which can take two full-face helmets, a revolutionary feature in a high-wheel bike. Additionally, this new saddle with its improved ergonomics for rider comfort, produces greater rigidity of the frame translating into better stability. The Medley S comes in a choice of all colours, contrasted by a black seat and interior.

On the performance side, there is the brand-new Euro-4 compliant Piaggio i-get 4-stroke, 4-valve liquid-cooled engine with Start&Stop. With increased power from 11kw to 12.1kw, it is one of the most potent in the medium high wheel segment, but there's no compromising on fuel consumption. The size and performance of Medley S make it an everyday scooter, it can be used in the city for daily commuting and over the weekend for medium-distance trips.
